The Only Constant: How to benefit from change, not merely survive it By Paul Lagasse The observation that "change is the only constant" may have become a cliché, but that does not mean it isn’t accurate. The problem is that change, whether desired or not, can be difficult to accomplish. Experienced executives know that while it takes a lot of energy to get an organization moving on a desired course, it can take just as much—if not more—to change that path once things are finally in motion.
