Hannah Berger, M.P.A.
Hannah Berger, MPA, is a seasoned professional fundraiser with more than 12 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Ms. Berger’s significant involvement with capital campaigns, board recruitment and development, foundation relations, corporate philanthropy and international fundraising offer a wealth of knowledge and a solid foundation for building successful, strategic fundraising programs.

Prior to joining Fitz Nonprofit Consulting, Ms. Berger's most recent position was the Director of Development for the Foundation for Prader-Willi Research where she was responsible for raising $5 million each year through major gifts and planned giving, annual fund, national events and public relations.
Ms. Berger has held senior management positions with the New Children’s Museum in downtown San Diego and the Herbalife Family Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit foundation established to support the philanthropic activities of Herbalife International, Inc.
A firm believer in community service, Hannah has been a member of the San Diego downtown Kiwanis Club and of the Association of Fundraising Professionals San Diego (Board member, 2013-2015).
Hannah holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in non-profit sector management from California State University, Northridge and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine.
Born and raised in California, Hannah is a lover of sunshine, beaches, yoga, dogs and wine. She is a firm believer in the transformative power of philanthropy and attempts to “walk the talk” every day through volunteer service and being a good neighbor.
